Jordan Ayan write about 100 word you shouldn't use in email. on this link:
http://www.marketingprofs.com/7/seven-dirty-words-email-subject-lines-ayan.asp?part=2
The most funniest one is " promised you". That's really what happened. It is a very stupid word. But I don't know why when someone says "I promise", we think he cheats us.
I think we can make our list. I suggest to build a list of all the stupid words the others say on the phone.

Hi rohan,
I like the link too much. It is as you said very funny to know that most of our email full of stupid words. I want to start my first "shouldn't list" on the phone. don't say "It is your lucky day" when you want to sell something. When I hear this I know I will not buy this stuff.

"contains $$$" This is the most unproper word ever. Any one write this in his email I refuse to continue reading it.
Phone list:
Don't say howdy?

The list is a bit humerous, but you do have to be careful when conducting business through e-mails. I think when I first started my business, my e-mails to customers and suppliers was a bit too casual, now I try to make everything a bit more professional

I think instead of just words not o include in e-mails, the list should pertain to length of people signitures in e-mails as well. An e-mail friend of mine works for a famous coffee business that i won't mention here, and the signature in her e-mail is like ten lines long, filled with quotes about coffee and how she's a "coffee master," sometimes i consider deleting them before I even read them it annoys me so much
